The idea of Nature Bathing, also known as Forest Bathing comes from an ancient Japanese concept of ‘shinrin-yoku’. It simply involves just sitting or walking calmly and quietly in the forest and letting yourself immerse in nature. One might sit closing their eyes, taking deep breaths in the fresh air of woods, and experience the surrounding mindfully.

  • Inform at least one person if you decide to go for a nature bath alone for hours
